IMPROVING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF THE DS-01 IT PAINT DRYER AT THE ENTERPRISE ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE “CLASS TEX CORPORATION” LLC

This article addresses the issues of optimizing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of electrical and thermal energy usage of the DS-01 IT model drying machine used at the manufacturing enterprise “Class Tex Corporation” LLC. The technological process of the equipment was analyzed, and improved energy-saving methods were developed. It was determined that the implementation of the proposed technical solutions in practice can achieve energy savings of 15–20% at the enterprise level.
