Abstract

This article comprehensively analyzes the effect of magnesium on human health. Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the body, which is involved in many physiological processes, including muscle contraction, transmission of nerve impulses, heart rhythm and normalization of blood pressure. The article shows that the sufficient availability of magnesium is important for health, and its deficiency leads to many negative consequences, including cardiovascular diseases, depression, migraines and osteoporosis. It is also recommended to properly consume it with food and take supplements to maintain a balanced level of magnesium in the body. The article examines the role of magnesium in the human body and the negative consequences of its deficiency, as well as preventive measures to ensure its proper intake.
