Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktab jamoasida psixologik sog'lom muhitni shakllantirishning dolzarb masalalari va ularni hal etish yo'llari ko'rib chiqiladi. Maktab nafaqat ta'lim muassasasi, balki o'quvchilar uchun ijtimoiy va psixologik rivojlanish maydoni sifatida ahamiyatga ega. Maqolada ijtimoiy aloqalar va hamkorlik, emotsional qo'llab-quvvatlash, ziddiyatlarni hal etish, psixologik xizmatlar, sog'lom turmush tarzi, o'qituvchilarni tayyorlash, o'z-o'zini anglash va rivojlantirish hamda maktab madaniyati kabi asosiy jihatlar yoritilgan. Ushbu masalalarni hal etish orqali maktabda ijobiy psixologik muhit yaratish, o'quvchilarning ruhiy salomatligini yaxshilash va ularning ta'lim jarayonidagi muvaffaqiyatini oshirishga erishish mumkin. Maqola, maktab jamoasining har bir a'zosi uchun birgalikda ishlash zarurligini ta'kidlaydi.Ushbu maqolada maktab jamoasida psixologik sog'lom muhitni shakllantirishning dolzarb masalalari va ularni hal etish yo'llari ko'rib chiqiladi.
